Welcome to Ajla the Label and our Website, ajlathelabel.com, we’re so happy you’re here! These Terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer, place an order through or ajlathelabel.com and associated pages. These Terms constitute an agreement between you and ASW Fashion AB, reg. No. 559326-8815 , Garvar Lundins Gränd 2, 112 20 Stockholm, and by placing an order through or by using the Website you agree to these Terms.

GENERAL

These general terms and conditions (the “General Conditions”) apply when you (“Customer” or “you”) place an order from ajlathelabel.com,  (“Company”, “us” or “we”) on ajlathelabel.com, (the “Website”).

By accepting these General Conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have your legal guardian’s permission and that you will comply with the General Conditions.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once the order has been placed successfully an order confirmation email will be sent to your email address. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. It is also your responsibility to make sure the shipping address is complete and correct. Make sure the company name is included in the shipping address.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact the customer service before placing a new order. Use our contact form or email the customer service team on contact@ajlathelabel.com

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard and other local payment options. If your choice of payment method is not working at the time of your purchase, Ajla the Label reserves the right to change the payment method.

PRICE

All the prices within EU include VAT and outside of EU exclude VAT. The prices do not include the shipping cost. Our current shipping methods are Standard shipping and Express shipping. Both methods include a tracking code. 

TAXES & DUTIES INFORMATION

All international packages outside of EU may be subject to taxes and duties. The customer's country's local customs office will assess the additional customs fees and notify the customer of this additional charge by email, phone, or physical notice. The amount of the charge is completely at the discretion of one's local government. 

Please note: We are unable to offer a refund for taxes/duties.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All private consumers have the right to return and/or exchange the order within 14 days from the date the order was placed. The right applies only in the case that Ajla the Label is notified within this period, and in the case the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received.

To exercise your right and receive the necessary information you must contact the Ajla the Label customer service. Specify your request and make sure to provide your order number. Send an email to contact@ajlathelabel.com

Return shipping is paid by the consumer. You are responsible for the package until it reaches us. For this reason, we recommend that you send the package with a tracking option. For reimbursement, we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Ajla the Label reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if the conditions are not met.

FAULTY DELIVERY

If you have not received what you ordered, make sure you contact the Ajla the Label customer service as soon as it has been discovered. When contacting the customer service, please specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. It is your responsibility to make sure the shipping address is complete and correct.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights on the website are owned by Ajla the Label & Ajla Swim. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part in a commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Ajla the Label and Ajla Swim.

The ajlathelabel.com website may include user-generated content from e.g. social media applications. Ajla the Label does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos and videos etc.) and take no legal responsibility for it. In case you suspect a violation of copyright or any other right, or otherwise is offended by such content, please contact our customer service via contact@ajlathelabel.com
