Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and address.

If a delivery is significantly delayed and you no longer wish to complete the purchase, you must contact us at contact@ajlathelabel.com to request a cancellation. Your cancellation is valid once you have received a confirmation from us.

If a product is no longer available, Ajla the Label reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

If an order is delivered to a pick-up point and is not collected in time, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover additional costs.

If your product has been damaged during transport, please report it promptly to contact@ajlathelabel.com.

TAXES & DUTIES INFORMATION - NON EU CUSTOMERS ONLY

Shipping to the United States (UPDATED MAY 10TH 2025)

Please note that recent changes to U.S. customs regulations may affect how your order is processed. Specifically, products made in China and shipped to the U.S. may no longer qualify for duty-free entry under the $800 de minimis threshold. As a result, you may be charged import duties or taxes even if your order total is below $800.

These charges are set by U.S. Customs and are beyond our control. We strongly recommend that customers review the latest import regulations before placing an order. If you have any questions about international shipping, we’re here to help.

Please note: If you do not respond to our confirmation email, we may cancel your order to help you avoid high import duty costs.
