Refund policy

We offer returns on all full-priced items under the following conditions:

Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, with all tags and hygiene liners intact (not ripped, wrinkled, or destroyed).

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale, including promotional offers, are final sale and cannot be returned´. As a small brand we do want to help you find the right fit, please email us if you've purchased on sale and the item does not fit and we will help you.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Please see below for approx. price per country area. 

Swimwear: For sanitary reasons, swimwear must be tried on over clean, unused underwear. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for swimwear that has been worn or is soiled/stained. 

  

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM ?


How to Return Your Item:

  1.  Ensure the item is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

  2. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking. For US/non-EU/EU we offer DHL Express pick-up and delivery. For Sweden we will send you a return label with POSTNORD.

    US & non-EU countries: $20

    EU countries: €18

    Scandinavia: 99 SEK


  3. We offer a pick-up and delivery service for returns via DHL Express. If you prefer this method, please indicate this in your return request, and we will provide you with the final cost.
  4. Contact us at contact@ajlathelabel.com to initiate your return or exchange process or if you have any questions about your order.

  5. Once your return is approved, you can expect a refund within 2-3 business days, depending on your bank.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:

To expedite receiving the item you want, return the item you have for a refund, and make a separate purchase with your store credits.
